Eli Zabar (born 1943) is an American entrepreneur. He created a line of specialty shops, which as of 2023 comprises ten outlets. These include the flagship Eli's Market at 1411 Third Avenue,[1] E.A.T., at Madison Avenue near 80th Street, and stands at Grand Central Market.[2] He also owned the now-closed restaurant and market, Vinegar Factory, on East 91st Street near York Avenue.
Eli is the younger brother of Saul Zabar and Stanley Zabar, the co-owners of Zabar's store on the West Side of Manhattan.
