Eitan Bernath is an American Internet celebrity, chef, and TV personality.[1] As of February 2021, Bernath has amassed 4.3 million followers across his social media handles. Bernath is the Principal Culinary Contributor for The Drew Barrymore Show.[2]
Early life
Eitan Bernath was born on April 25, 2002 in Teaneck, New Jersey. He has a brother named Yoni. Bernath is Jewish.[3] Bernath plans on attending Columbia University in the fall of 2021.[4]
Career
Bernath developed a passion for food and cooking at a young age.[5]
Bernath first began his career with an appearance on the Food Network’s Chopped (TV series) at the age of 12[6], while he was attending Yavneh Academy in Paramus, NJ.
In 2017, Bernath appeared as a contestant on Guy's Grocery Games on the Food Network[7]. At the time Bernath attended The Frisch School.
After a rapid rise to his social media followings, Bernath was signed to talent agency WME in June 2020.[8]
In December 2020, Bernath was appointed the Principal Culinary Contributor for The Drew Barrymore Show on CBS.[9] He has appeared in segments alongside Gordon Ramsey, Molly Sims, and others. The New York Post reported that Barrymore discovered Bernath from her daughters who watch his TikTok videos.[10]
