Ehsan Adouane (born 2013) is a French-Swedish YouTuber and science communicator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He is known for his YouTube channel Ettan Ehsan, which features interviews with scientists, academics, and industry leaders, as well as short documentaries on science and technology topics.[1][2]
Early life and education
Adouane was born in London in 2013 to a French father and Swedish mother. He grew up in Abu Dhabi and later Dubai, where he attended the Lycée Louis Massignon and Dubai American Academy. He is also part of the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth in the United States.
Career
Adouane launched his YouTube channel, Ettan Ehsan, in May 2022. The channel focuses on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) subjects, with interviews and explanatory videos.
By 2025, the channel had grown in reach and attracted international coverage. His interviewees have included NASA astronaut Terry Virts , MIT physicist Jim Gates , NYT economist Tyler Cowen , former Paypal executive Jack Selby and computer scientist Jack Dongarra. Adouane has also published short documentaries on topics such as marine biology and coral reef preservation in the Maldives and archeology in Mesopotamia with Johns Hopkins University Glenn Schwartz.[3]
He has appeared as a co-host on the Dubai One TV program DXB Today, contributing to youth and innovation segments.
Adouane is also a tech entrepreneur working on Edtech mobile phone projects[4][5]

In November 2025 he was invited to co-host an episode of DXB Today about Young Achievers on Dubai One TV where he interviewed Olympian swimmer Karin Belbeisi and and SDG advocate Zahra Ajetunmobi.[9]
