Edward Mena is a Venezuelan singer and activist known for his performances in Latin music and American classics. He gained international attention as the first Venezuelan-American artist to perform the U.S. national anthem at a presidential event invited by The White House.[1][2]

Career

In 2019, Mena made history by performing The Star-Spangled Banner at a presidential event, becoming the first Venezuelan-American artist to do so. This performance garnered international attention and marked a significant milestone in his career.[3] [4][5]

Beyond his musical endeavors, Mena serves as Vice President of the ARTS Autism Foundation, demonstrating his commitment to community engagement and support for individuals with autism.[6] [7]
