DuplinNet (also known as GSIWave.com Inc.) was an internet service provider, based in Kenansville, Duplin County, North Carolina.[1][2]

1995-1998: Early Years
DuplinNet was founded in 1995 by Robin Quinn and Dr. Moe Elgamal.[2]
Etymology
DuplinNet is a portmanteau of the words "Duplin" and "internet".
