Dubharh is a small village of 504 hectares in Ballia Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dubharh depends on Ballia (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Dubharh's pin code is 277401[4], and village code is 09237100. The area of Dubharh is segregated as 244.8 hectares irrigated area, 161.9 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 19.34 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Ballia (MB) and Ballia to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
