Dubaliya is a small village of 506 hectares in Pirawa Tehsil in Jhalawar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dubaliya depends on Bhawani Mandi, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 200.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dubaliya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dubaliya's pin code is 326513[4], and village code is 04098900. The area of Dubaliya is segregated as 328.3 hectares irrigated area, 119.81 hectares unirrigated, the 27.84 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 30.2 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bhawani Mandi and Jhalawar to sell bricks and make their living.
