Dr. Ajith Sankar (born 1979) is a prominent organizational psychologist[1], mentor, writer and trainer hailing from the southernmost part of India, specifically Trivandrum, the capital of Kerala, often referred to as the "God's Own Country." He is the son of G. Sankara Warrier and B. Indira. Dr. Ajith Sankar is a distinguished Indian educationist, consultant organizational psychologist, and corporate mentor known for his extensive expertise in personal mentoring, counseling, organizational behavior, and psycho-social development. With over 22 years of experience, he has made significant contributions to the field, particularly in the areas of professional mentoring, employability, and the establishment of the first-of-its-kind Human Resource Development (HRD) department in an educational institution in Kerala.
