Dov Peretz Elkins is a Rabbi, author, and book critic.[1] He is the co-author of Chicken Soup For The Jewish Soul[2] was on the The New York Times Best Seller list|NY Times bestseller list.

Rabbi Elkins is a recipient of the National Jewish Book Award, for the book: Worlds Lost and Found: Discoveries in Biblical Archeology.[3]

Rabbi Elkins published his memoir, To Climb the Rungs: Memoirs of a Rabbi[4] in 2019, Mazo Publishers
