Doondpuri is a small village of 222 hectares in Rajgarh Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Doondpuri depends on RAJGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Doondpuri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Doondpuri's pin code is 301410[4], and village code is 00905200. The area of Doondpuri is segregated as 76 hectares irrigated area, 106 hectares unirrigated, the 20 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 20 hectare area not available for cultivation.
