Dookiya is a small village of 1464 hectares in Danta Ramgarh Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dookiya depends on Reengus, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, which is 501.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dookiya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dookiya's pin code is 332402[4], and village code is 01715000. The area of Dookiya is segregated as 501 hectares irrigated area, 627 hectares unirrigated, the 121 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 215 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Dookiya is a census village in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1476 and has total administration over 271 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Reengus and Sikar to sell rope and make their living.
