Doojasar is a small village of 3686 hectares in Jaisalmer Tehsil in Jaisalmer district, nicknamed ""The Golden city"" in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Doojasar depends on JAISALMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Doojasar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Doojasar's pin code is 345001[4], and village code is 02027100. The area of Doojasar is segregated as 334.76 hectares unirrigated, the 929.35 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 2422.36 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Doojasar is a census village in the district of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 383 and has total administration over 58 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
