Doodwa is a small village of 1001 hectares in Chirawa Tehsil in Jhunjhunu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Doodwa depends on SURAJGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, which is 821.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Doodwa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Doodwa's pin code is 333031[4], and village code is 00695800. The area of Doodwa is segregated as 821 hectares irrigated area, 55 hectares unirrigated, the 14 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 111 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of SURAJGARH and Jhunjhunu to sell shoes and make their living.
