Doodhras is a small village of 558 hectares in Degana Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Doodhras depends on Kuchera, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Doodhras is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Doodhras's pin code is 341024[4], and village code is 01846600. The area of Doodhras is segregated as 146 hectares irrigated area, 336.19 hectares unirrigated, the 61.85 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 14 hectare area not available for cultivation.
