Andrey Vladimirovich Dontsov (born November 11, 1980, Moscow) is a Russia Cinematographer, founder of the SKY CINEMA film company and the Celestial Film Festival

In 2012 he graduated from the camera department of Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography|Russian State University of Cinematography named after S. Gerasimov (VGIK), workshop of Alexander Georgievich. Received the prize for the best camera work at the 1st International Internet Festival of Independent Cinema SpaceLiberty 2011 (film "Nyurka").

In 2014, together with Unmanned aerial vehicle|UAV pilot Vladimir Golubev, he organized the world's first Celestial Film Festival, which was attended by pilots from different countries. The festival focuses on films shot from the air using Unmanned aerial vehicle|drones. Took part in the creation of films as a drone operator as part of the Sky Cinema film company.
