Doliya is a small village of 677 hectares in Jodhpur Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Doliya depends on Jodhpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Doliya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Doliya's pin code is 342027[4], and village code is 01968100. The area of Doliya is segregated as 650 hectares unirrigated, the 17 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 10 hectare area not available for cultivation.
