Dodiyana is a small village of 2370 hectares in Degana Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dodiyana depends on Merta City, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 603.38% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dodiyana is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dodiyana's pin code is 341031[4], and village code is 01861300. The area of Dodiyana is segregated as 773.51 hectares irrigated area, 1257.86 hectares unirrigated, the 191.15 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 147.16 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Dodiyana is a census village in the district of Nagaur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 4591 and has total administration over 892 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Merta City and Nagaur to sell furniture and make their living.
