Ding’an Fei is a technology investment executive and founding partner of Joffre Capital.[1] He has chaired the financial information platform Investing.com and the Philippines-based payments company Coins.ph,[2][3] and has served on the board of Grindr.[4]

Fei earned a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College.[5]

Career

He co-founded Joffre Capital and oversaw its acquisition of Coins.ph, serving as its chairman.[3] He has been identified as chairman of Investing.com in coverage of the site's growth and funding plans.[1][6][2]

Fei has served on the board of Grindr, as reported in Reuters’ coverage of the company’s change in ownership.[4]

Fei is a venture partner at SoftBank Ventures Asia.[5]
