Didier Jourdan is the Chair-holder of the UNESCO Chair Global Health and Education and Head of the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Research in Education and Health.[1][2][3][4] He launched the UNESCO Chair in 2018 on behalf of the University of Clermont-Auvergne.[1]
Career
Didier Jourdan is a full professor and a member of the ACTé EA 4281 research group at the University of Clermont Auvergne (UCA).[5] He is also a visiting professor at the University of Huddersfield in the United Kingdom.[6] The University of Huddersfield announced the award of an honorary doctorate in September 2025,[7] which was formally bestowed at its graduation ceremony in November 2025.[8]
