Diamond Kuts is an American DJ, producer, and television host.[1]
Career
Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she became the first female mixer on Power 99 FM.[2] Her career has since expanded beyond radio to include television hosting, national and international touring, and performances at high-profile events, including for the Philadelphia Eagles,[3] the WNBA, and the White House.
She is dedicated to youth empowerment through her non-profit organization, Young Diamonds of America, which provides mentorship and leadership programs to inspire young people.
Diamond Kuts has been featured in global promotional campaigns for brands such as DOVE and NYX Cosmetics (2019) and has appeared on networks including BET,[4][5] MTV, and Good Morning America.
As a producer, she has created music for Disney Records and Nicki Minaj, with whom she toured as an official DJ, and is credited with discovering Lil Uzi Vert.
DJ work
She was the official tour DJ for Nicki Minaj from 2009–2013.
She began working with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2020.
Diamond Kuts has performed for former U.S. President Barack Obama on multiple occasions. She was the official DJ for the White House Easter Egg Roll in 2023 and 2024.
ShesServed as DJ for Vice President Kamala Harris’ 2024 presidential campaign.
Hosting
She hosted BET’s The Deal in 2009. In 2022, she hosted the reimagined Yo! MTV Raps.
