Dhumon Khurd is a small village of 588 hectares in Sawai Madhopur Tehsil in Sawai Madhopur district, also known for Ranthambore National Park in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dhumon Khurd depends on SAWAI MADHOPUR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 22.66% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Dhumon Khurd is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Dhumon Khurd's pin code is 322001[4], and village code is 01316800.
