Dhuan Kalan is a small village of 1931 hectares in Deoli Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dhuan Kalan depends on Deoli, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 18.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Dhuan Kalan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dhuan Kalan's pin code is 304001[4], and village code is 02670500. The area of Dhuan Kalan is segregated as 474 hectares irrigated area, 1242 hectares unirrigated, the 163 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 52 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Dhuan Kalan is a census village in the district of Tonk, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3506 and has total administration over 728 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Deoli and Tonk to sell earthen pot and make their living.
