Dhoya is a small village of 110 hectares in Kotra Tehsil in Udaipur district, also called 'the city of lakes' set amidst the Aravalli Ranges in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dhoya depends on Udaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 2.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Dhoya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Dhoya's pin code is 313906[4], and village code is 03094000. The area of Dhoya is segregated as 6 hectares irrigated area, 20 hectares unirrigated, the 46.4 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 37.18 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Dhoya is a census village in the district of Udaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 425 and has total administration over 81 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Udaipur to sell agr.equipments and make their living.
