Dhodiwas is a small village of 312 hectares in Kumbhalgarh Tehsil in Rajsamand district, known for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dhodiwas depends on AMET, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dhodiwas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dhodiwas's pin code is 313333[4], and village code is 03000900. The area of Dhodiwas is segregated as 11 hectares irrigated area, 19 hectares unirrigated, the 195 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 86.61 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Dhodiwas is a census village in the district of Rajsamand, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 394 and has total administration over 92 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of AMET and Rajsamand to sell juggary and make their living.
