Dhatooriya is a small village of 1467 hectares in Gangdhar Tehsil in Jhalawar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dhatooriya depends on Bhawani Mandi, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 102.84% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Dhatooriya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dhatooriya's pin code is 326514[4], and village code is 04131300. The area of Dhatooriya is segregated as 166.13 hectares irrigated area, 291.19 hectares unirrigated, the 359 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 289 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Dhatooriya is a census village in the district of Jhalawar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1478 and has total administration over 277 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bhawani Mandi and Jhalawar to sell earthen pot and make their living.
