Dhaneshwar is a small village of 5891 hectares in Bundi Tehsil in Bundi district, also known as a city of stepwells in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dhaneshwar depends on KOTA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dhaneshwar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Dhaneshwar's pin code is 323022[3], and village code is 02781100. The area of Dhaneshwar is segregated as 111.42 hectares irrigated area, 384.31 hectares unirrigated, the 136.17 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 1430.97 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of KOTA and Bundi to sell sand stone and make their living.
