Dhaneri is a small village of 236 hectares in Asind Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dhaneri depends on Asind, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 27.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dhaneri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dhaneri's pin code is 311301[4], and village code is 02793600. The area of Dhaneri is segregated as 114 hectares irrigated area, the 58 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 64 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Asind and Bhilwara to sell ghee and make their living.
