Dhana is a small village of 1044 hectares in Sumerpur Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dhana depends on Rani, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dhana is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dhana's pin code is 306115[4], and village code is 02469000. The area of Dhana is segregated as 370 hectares irrigated area, 361 hectares unirrigated, the 285 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 28 hectare area not available for cultivation.
