Dhalop is a small village of 1012 hectares in Desuri Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dhalop depends on Rani, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Dhalop is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dhalop's pin code is 306603[4], and village code is 02465200. The area of Dhalop is segregated as 211 hectares irrigated area, 220 hectares unirrigated, the 402 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 179 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Rani and Pali to sell bricks and make their living.
