Devis Paganelli, born in Rimini on June 1, 1973, is a italian diplomatic ambassador of the UPC Universal Peace Council [1]and of the Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity,[2] accredited to the United Nations, NATO and the United States of America[3], creator, and television producer, and is recognized as The Italian Casting Boss.[4]. He is the founder of Are Communication International Ltd., headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Early Life and Career
Devis Paganelli was born in Remini in 1973 and soon began to work in the world of nightlife in the Embassy in Rimini. It was a place that hosted multiple events and housed renowned figures such as Mina and Adriano Celentano. In the club, he got acquainted with Dj Rudy B, and with the passage of time, he began to indulge in artistic collaborations with him. As a child, he had discovered his passion for art and aesthetics. Thus, early on, he began to look out for figures to work with and collaborate with them. Therefore, when he first met Rudy B, he decided that it was an opportunity that he could not let go. He began to indulge in various artistic collaborations for the creation and launch of different dance record products. These products soon became rather popular and successful projects throughout Europe and the West with the Discomagic and Newtime labels. In an interview, he was asked what is his secret of success. In 1994 Devis Paganelli became the exclusive agent for national television broadcasts such as Crazy Dance and the MatchMusic channel. In the same period he began collaborations with show business celebrities, starting with Vasco Rossi. In 1995 he managed the King's press office in Rimini, which became the first television disco Gradually, he launched Are Communication with multiple international partnerships[5]. Soon, with the launch of the SLIDE project in 2009, he worked with multiple leaders to make sure that the required outcomes would be delivered. It is recognized as one of the top magazine networks in Italy and Switzerland. The network itself is directed by Nadia Bengala, the former Miss Italy, and Arianna David. In addition to it, some rather important personalities belonging to show business quickly worked with the newspaper. Therefore, it can be said that the project itself was rather successful.
It was in 2010 when Devis inaugurated Cast4models.com with the CastingBox format. In addition, he also launched the Devis Paganelli Management brand which specializes in dealing with the representation of different personalities from the cinema, television, and entertainment industries. Since he wanted to continue exploring the market, he found himself becoming the Italian Talent Scout for Miss Universe in 2011[6]. He even contributed to the development of Miss Reginetta d’Italia, a beauty contest that acquired significant attention due to his efforts and even obtained the interest of major VIPs[7].

When it comes to the competition itself, it was entrusted to a number of popular figures including Elenoire Casalegno, Alessia Ventura, and Marco Balestri with the inclusion of major national television channels in it. In the same year, he even managed the communication of the media event in Rimini with the presence of more than 32 cameras from some of the most prominent television stations including CBS and CNN. At the same time, he even managed the inclusion and coverage from some of the most famous television broadcasts[8].
It was in 2013 that he launched the brand of Top Models University, which worked as the first free institute for models with multiple courses that they could consider and study[9]. The institute even awarded models with multiple certificates on the basis of subjects they would consider and study. In 2015, however, both the site and the brand were sold and following the major decision of selling both the site and the brand, he took on an even major role. For instance, in 2016, Devis launched Are Communication International Ltd. and became its CEO (17).
In the same year, Devis sold the brand of Miss Reginetta d’Italia and decided that he would expand the contest for a more innovative and complete format processing in launching Miss Principessa d'Europa. While working in the company, it is important to note that he designed and contributed to the increasing popularity of Sanremo Newtalent, a singing competition, in collaboration with Maria Teresa Ruta and Maestro Vince Tempera[10].
Actually, Devis even launched Vogue Top Models Agency in 2017 as a modelling agency and even launched SuperMiss, a major reality show. He even launched two other major television programs Top 10 and Viral TV[11]. In recent times, he contributed to the promotion of International Music Star, Contest for electing and awarding emerging singer in a variety of musical genres. In 2020, Devis also launched a new label for the promotion and production of music by new artists, which was presented by Francesco Rapetti Mogol
Philanthropy
Devis has been involved in many philanthropic and solidarity works that have allowed him to receive the investiture of Diplomatic Ambassador accredited by the United Nations, NATO and the United States of America. He intervened to prevent the evictions of families without economic possibilities[12]. In addition, in 2011, he played an important role in helping bring the City Angels to Rimini to help the homeless[13]. In 2012, he encouraged his team to support the initiative to show his solidarity with the projects of Terre des Hommes, an association aimed at defending children's rights[14].
Meanwhile, in 2021, Devis contributed medically to an event of SIC Foundation in Cervia at the Grand Hotel. It is important to note that the Marco Simoncelli Foundation was developed with the objective of tracking and supporting major humanitarian projects[15].
Other Interests
In addition to being interested in the field of fashion and modelling, Devis is also interested in the music industry. In his spare time, he often listens to music as well. While there is no knowing what Devi might introduce in the future, one thing is for sure that he will not stop and will definitely continue to explore the market[16].
Awards
In 2019 Devis Paganelli became president of the Italian Coordination of Fashion Show Professionals. In 2022 he was awarded the position of Honorary Consul for the Ongitalia Portal[17]. In 2023 he was awarded the title of UPC Ambassador in Honorem[18] In May 2023, he received the investiture as Ambassador for Peace and Civil Rights by the Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity, accredited by the UN, NATO, United States of America, for which he became the Italian referent and national commissioner.
