Derveshpur Goshala Urdu:درویش پور گاؤشالا۔ Hindi: दरवेशपुर गौशाला is located at a distance of 20.1 Kms from Anupshahr Road, Choti Kashi Ganga [1].

The house used for rearing Cattle is called cattle Shelter or Goshala. Cattle is considered as mother in Hindus Religion. There are many Goshala in India, to run them, some rich people and cow lovers also run Goshala's[2].

Description

Goshala or Gaushala a Sanskrit word "Go means" Cow + "Shala" means a shelter place. the abode or Sanctuary for cow calves and oxen[3]

On the request of Go Devotees & Gram panchayat ( Sarpanch),Honorable Chief Minister Yogi Aditya Nath Ji gave permission to open in the year 2018[4][5]

Summary

Cattle is called mother in Hinduism Dharma is also depicted in the form of a cow in the puranas. Lord Krishna used to serve the cow with his own hands and his abode is also said to be Goloka. The cow is also said to be the fulfiller of all desires in the form of Kamadhenu.[6][7]

According to the scriptures, when Brahma Ji had created the universe,he was the first to send the cow to the earth. Of all the animals, the cow is the only animal that utters the word mother, so it is believed that the word mother is also believed to have originated from the cow dynasty[8]

Geography

Goshala is located at 833Q+F2H it has an average elevation of 195 Meter (639.764 Foot).The Goshala nearby Vat Vriksh Derveshpur Village in Shikarpur Block in Bulandshahr District of Uttar Pradesh state at Situated utters the word mother, so it is believed that the world mother is also believed to have originated from the cow dynasty.

Human beings attain rare accomplishment by doing service like seeing cow, worshiping, salutation, parikrama, caressing cow, giving cow grass and drinking water etc. Man's wishes get fulfilled soon by doing cow service. Goshala History

Gaushala is established only for the service of the cow dynasty. Cow descendants found in old. unclaimed, injured and sick conditions in the city are brought to the Gaushala by private vehicle. Here they are treated and served. The purpose of Gaushala is not to earn money by selling milk but to give opportunity of service.[10]
