Derhan is a small village of 550.3 hectares in Koraon Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Derhan depends on Sirsa (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Derhan's pin code is 212104[4], and village code is 05654900. The area of Derhan is segregated as 615.24 hectares irrigated area, 112.55 hectares unirrigated area. the 69.67 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).

Derhan has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sirsa (NP) and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
