Deoria Khalsa is a small village of 120 hectares in Azamgarh Tehsil in Azamgarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Deoria Khalsa depends on Mubarakpur (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Deoria Khalsa's pin code is 276404[4], and village code is 08692200. The area of Deoria Khalsa is segregated as 104 hectares irrigated area, 5 hectares unirrigated area. the 3 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 8 hectare area not available for cultivation.
