Deori Jodh is a small village of 295 hectares in Chhipabarod Tehsil in Baran district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Deori Jodh depends on Chhipabarod, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 42.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Deori Jodh is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Deori Jodh's pin code is 325221[4], and village code is 03965600. The area of Deori Jodh is segregated as 196 hectares irrigated area, 47 hectares unirrigated, the 22 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 30.48 hectare area not available for cultivation.
