Deodattpur is a small village of 15 hectares in Mahasi Tehsil in Bahraich district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Deodattpur depends on Nanpara (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river,One canal. Deodattpur is also near byOne lake. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Deodattpur's pin code is 271882[4], and village code is 06468300.
