Deo Nagar is a small village of 1200 hectares in Ajmer Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Deo Nagar depends on Pushkar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 160.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Deo Nagar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Deo Nagar's pin code is 305022[4], and village code is 02505500. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pushkar and Ajmer to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
