Dayapur is a small village of 192 hectares in Weir Tehsil in Bharatpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dayapur depends on Bhusawar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dayapur is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dayapur's pin code is 321406[4], and village code is 01056800. The area of Dayapur is segregated as 58 hectares irrigated area, 112 hectares unirrigated, the 12 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).
