Daya Kor is a small village of 3071 hectares in Phalodi Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Daya Kor depends on Phalodi, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Daya Kor is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Daya Kor's pin code is 342309[4], and village code is 01930500. The area of Daya Kor is segregated as 955 hectares unirrigated, the 1898 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 218 hectare area not available for cultivation.
