Hails from Ogun State but found his musical roots in the bustling city of Lagos, he is popularly known for the tag Dawie On This/"Easy oooo", at the beginning or end of all his music productions [2]

In 2022, Dawie produced the hit single "National Cake by Maxee”, followed by “Hyce’s Vanilla” in 2023.
Between those years to 2024, he produced several viral songs with one of them being Ogechi by Boypee, Hyce & Brown Joel, which has now amassed over 50 Million streams on DSPs. Succeeding this success was the remix with Davido with over 40 Million streams across all DSPs”
