David Clement Morel (born June 1976) is a British entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Tiger Recruitment, a recruitment consultancy headquartered in London.[1]
Business Career
After graduating from Oxford Brookes University, Morel founded Tiger Recruitment in 2001.[1] Since then, the company has expanded internationally, with offices in London, New York, Dubai, Zurich, and Dublin.[2] Tiger Recruitment specialises in sourcing business support, private household, HR, finance, hospitality, and digital talent.[1][3] In July 2022, the company became a certified B Corporation.[4]
In addition to his executive role, Morel is a regular contributor for Forbes, where he discusses careers leadership, future workforce trends, and the shift towards values-based recruitment.[5] He has also been featured in Authority Magazine and The Undercover Recruiter on topics related to employee wellbeing, flexible working, and employer branding.[6]
