The Davaro Aralez is a Unmanned combat aerial vehicle developed by the Armenian company Davaro. It all started at the end of the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war, when the Armed Forces of Armenia saw a gap in their operational needs. The Aralez was first shown in the ArmHighTech 2022 Exhibition in Yerevan.

The chief Engineer David Galoyan has stated that the Aralez has an edge over the Baykar Bayraktar TB2. Firstly, it uses fire and forget missiles compared to the TB2. Secondly, the Aralez is smaller than the TB2 making it harder to see on radar. Finally, the Aralez has a greater range than the TB2.

It is primarily armed with SMA A5 Fire-and-forget bombs. These weigh just 9kg each.[1]

One Video on the internet, posted on Reddit, said to originate from Telegramm, claims to display the Davaro Aralez targeting an Azerbaijani Artillery piece in the region of Karabakh, though this has been disputed as some claim it was instead a loitering munition, or simply test footage.[2]
