Daramataji is a small village of 187 hectares in Indragarh Tehsil in Bundi district, also known as a city of stepwells in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Daramataji depends on INDRAGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 12.56% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Daramataji is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Daramataji's pin code is 323613[3], and village code is 02735400. The area of Daramataji is segregated as 16.75 hectares irrigated area, 1.72 hectares unirrigated, the 2.75 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 18.86 hectare area not available for cultivation.
