Danny White is an American Businessman, real estate developer and entrepreneur. Originally from Suffern, NY, Danny is an active business owner and entrepreneur in Omaha, NE and Bel-Air, CA. Danny White is the co-founder and co-owner of the Omaha-based real estate investment and ventures company, City+Ventures, listed as Nebraska's #1 fastest growing privately-held company in 2020[1], and he subsequently is owner/part owner of a list of other businesses that reside under the City+Ventures umbrella.
Early Career
As an active athlete at Skidmore College[2], Danny had a brief career in hockey playing both in the American and European leagues. Danny’s entrepreneurial pursuits began in 2004 and included diverse business dealings that included, automotive dealerships, car washes and real estate.
City+Ventures
City+Ventures was founded in 2012 between Danny White and Chris Erickson in Omaha, Nebraska with the focus on real estate (City) and Ventures. City+Ventures, along with it’s subsidiary companies, have been listed frequently on INC 5000, being featured at No. 71 (2020), No. 207 (2019), and No. 915 (2018)[3]. Additionally, subsidiary car wash business, Rocket Carwash was featured in INC 5000 for its 323% annual growth rate, along with 88 tactical being at 273% year over year growth[4].

- 88 tactical - often described as a “gun-try club” for self defense, shooting, and more, along with law enforcement and military training. 88 tactical is currently undergoing expansion at it's flagship Omaha, NE location[6] with future locations slated for Kansas City, San Antonio[7], Salt Lake City and Texas[8].
- Madison Automotive Group - a collection of automotive dealerships from Pennsylvania to California.

Additionally, real estate holdings include multiple buildings, plazas and mixed-use entertainment locations.
