Daniel Moss born February 25, 1990) is a British TV presenter and paranormal investigator. He is the principal host of the Amazon Prime TV series The Haunted Hunts.[1]
Career
The Haunted Hunts
Moss founded The Haunted Hunts in 2015. The first series aired on Sky TV in 2017 before launching on Amazon Prime the following year, reaching over 5 million views in the UK alone. In 2021, Moss was recognised by Haunted Magazine as one of the most influential people in the UK paranormal field.[2]
Paranormal Lockdown
In 2019, Moss worked alongside American paranormal investigators Nick Groff & Katrina Weidman aiding their location hunt for Paranormal Lockdown UK.[3]
My Haunted Hotel
In 2022, Moss became the lead investigator on the YouTube show My Haunted Hotel based in his home city of Chester.[4] The show features guests staying overnight in a Jacobean era building known as Ye Olde Kings Head[5] as their experiences are caught on 16 infrared cameras.[6] Moss has described the project as "the world's most documented ongoing paranormal investigation".
The Paranormal Investigator
In 2023, Moss launched The Paranormal Investigator, an online show documenting his own unique journey in which he explores various myths and legends as well as trying to capture what he calls "the holy grail" of evidence.[7]
Other projects
In 2019, Moss was co-host on the hit TV show Paranormal Captured. He appeared on Unexplained Caught On Camera (Discovery+) as well as 5Star’s Celebrity Ghost Hunt LIVE alongside Rylan Clarke.
Personal life
Moss was born in Chester, Cheshire on 25 February 1990, growing up in Helsby. He claims that his interest in the unexplained began at the age of 17 following his own paranormal experience. Moss is a supporter of Liverpool F.C.
