Dang is a small village of 1355 hectares in Kishangarh Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dang depends on Kishangarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 114.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dang is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dang's pin code is 305813[4], and village code is 02498200. The area of Dang is segregated as 121.95 hectares irrigated area, 765.25 hectares unirrigated, the 199.81 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 121.12 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Dang is a census village in the district of Ajmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1300 and has total administration over 237 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kishangarh and Ajmer to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
