Dando is a small village of 374 hectares in Baberu Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dando depends on kamasen, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dando's pin code is 210125[4], and village code is 04810800. The area of Dando is segregated as 20 hectares irrigated area, 198 hectares unirrigated area. the 98 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 58 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Dando has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Dando is a census village in the district of Banda, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 1436 and has total administration over 251 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of kamasen and Banda to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
