Daipara Khichiyan is a small village of 2954 hectares in Luni Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Daipara Khichiyan depends on Jodhpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Daipara Khichiyan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Daipara Khichiyan's pin code is 342014[4], and village code is 01998400. The area of Daipara Khichiyan is segregated as 2457.33 hectares unirrigated, the 372.6 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 124.32 hectare area not available for cultivation.
