Dadanpur is a small village of 230 hectares in Todabhim Tehsil in Karauli district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dadanpur depends on TODABHIM, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 97.11% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dadanpur is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dadanpur's pin code is 321611[4], and village code is 01184500. The area of Dadanpur is segregated as 97.11 hectares irrigated area, 65.55 hectares unirrigated, the 3.97 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 31.7 hectare area not available for cultivation.
