He is the founder of KGF X-Ray ECG Lab and Diagnostic Centre and serves as the Editor-in-Chief of The Kolar Focus and MDPC, GH News.
Early Life and Family
Dr. D. Suresh Babu was born on June 6, 1967, in Kolar Gold Fields (KGF), Karnataka, India, also known as "Little England." He is the second child of late Mr. M.D. Pragasam (Dharmalingam) and Mrs. Chandra. He has three brothers—Ramesh, Sathya, Thangarasu—and an elder sister, Mythili. He grew up in a family actively involved in trade union service and social work. He married Mrs. G. Jayanthi in 2005.
His father, Mr. M.D. Pragasam, worked as a pipe fitter and supervisor at Bharat Gold Mines Limited (BGML) for 40 years. He was also a union leader, CITU joint secretary, scriptwriter, and director who staged more than 12 stage dramas. His social service and theatre arts significantly influenced Dr. D. Suresh Babu's life and work.
