Donald Campbell McMullen was a citrus plantation owner and a state legislator. He represented Tampa, Florida in the Florida Senate in 1911. [1] The Florida Archives have a his car registration information and a photograph of him among fellow Florida House of Representatives legislators in 1899.[2]
His father was a prominent early resident of the Tampa Bay area in what is now Pinellas County. The family home is part of Heritage Village.[3]
